Terms of Service
By creating an account or using JobeFlow, you agree to these terms. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
1. The service
JobeFlow is a job-search workspace. It analyses job postings, helps you tailor resumes and cover letters, generates interview practice, and tracks your applications. It is a tool that helps you do your job search. It does not apply to jobs for you, does not contact employers on your behalf, and cannot promise you interviews, offers or employment of any kind.
2. Beta status
JobeFlow is currently in private beta. Features may change, break or be withdrawn, and some integrations depend on third-party services outside our control. We will not pretend the product is more finished than it is, and you should not rely on it as the sole record of your job search — keep your own copies of anything critical.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use JobeFlow.
- Provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe it has been compromised.
- One account per person. Do not share logins.
4. Your content
You own what you put in. Your profile, job records, resumes, cover letters, notes and interview transcripts remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and transmit your content solely to operate the service for you — including sending the relevant parts to our AI provider when you trigger a feature that needs it. That licence exists to run the product and for no other purpose. It ends when you delete the content or your account.
You confirm that the content you enter is accurate and yours to use, and that sharing it with us does not breach anyone else's rights or a confidentiality obligation you owe an employer.
5. AI output and your responsibility
JobeFlow generates resumes, cover letters, interview answers and coaching using AI models. We build guardrails to keep that output grounded in your own profile — a check rejects generated resumes that reference an employer or job title absent from your Career Profile, and generated skills are rebuilt from skills you actually recorded.
Those guardrails reduce risk; they do not eliminate it. AI output can be wrong, awkward or subtly misleading in ways no automated check catches — for example, overstating your role in work a team did.
You are responsible for everything you send to an employer. Read every generated document before you use it. You must not use JobeFlow to misrepresent your qualifications, experience or identity. Scores such as match percentage and ATS keyword coverage are indicative tools for comparing your own drafts, not predictions of how any employer or applicant tracking system will actually rank you.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service to fabricate credentials, employment history or identity.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, including another person's resume or confidential employer material.
- Attempt to breach, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service or the accounts of others.
- Resell, sublicense or provide the service to third parties without our written agreement.
- Use the service to violate any law, or the terms of any job board or employer platform.
- Use automated means to extract data from the service beyond your own account's data.
7. Third-party services
JobeFlow connects to services we do not control — AI providers, job boards such as Greenhouse and Lever, job search APIs, and calendar providers. Their availability, accuracy and terms are their own. We are not responsible for their content or failures, and connecting an optional integration means accepting the relevant provider's terms as well as ours.
JobeFlow deliberately does not scrape platforms whose terms prohibit automated access. If you use our browser extension on such a site, you are capturing a page you are already viewing, and you are responsible for complying with that site's terms.
8. Plans and billing
- During the private beta, JobeFlow is provided free of charge and billing is not enabled.
- When paid plans launch, prices and inclusions will be those shown on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. We will not start charging an existing account without notice and your agreement.
- Paid plans will renew automatically for the term you select until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable for a period already served. If we materially break the service and cannot fix it, contact us — we would rather refund you than argue.
- Cancelling a paid plan returns your account to the free tier. It does not delete your data.
9. Our intellectual property
The JobeFlow software, interface, branding and documentation are owned by Genexsus Technology LLC and protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service, and nothing more.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using JobeFlow at any time and request deletion of your account under our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, creates legal risk for us or other users, or abuses the service. Except where the breach is serious or unlawful, we will give you notice and a chance to fix it first. If we terminate your account without cause, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your data.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that AI output will be accurate or suitable, or that using JobeFlow will result in an interview, an offer or a job.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genexsus Technology LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost employment, or lost or corrupted data.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Genexsus Technology LLC against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from content you submit, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms — including any claim that material you submitted to an employer was inaccurate or misrepresented you.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE / JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of [COUNTY, STATE / JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except that either party may seek injunctive relief where appropriate.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. For material changes we will notify account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use JobeFlow after that means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, stop using the service and ask us to delete your account.
