Feature tour

Every part of the search,
tied to the job it belongs to

Nothing below is a separate product you have to connect. They're tabs on the same job record, sharing the same profile, the same analysis and the same resume version.

Capture

Get the job in, however you found it

Five ways in, because postings don't live in one place.

  • Paste the text from anywhere.
  • Fetch from a URL and let JobeFlow pull the posting.
  • Upload a file — PDF, DOCX or TXT.
  • Clip the current tab with the Chrome extension: "Add to JobeFlow" from any posting.
  • Import from Greenhouse or Lever through their public APIs — no scraping, no terms violated.

LinkedIn and Indeed are deliberately not integrated: their terms prohibit automated access. The browser extension covers them the legitimate way — you're on the page, you click the button.

Start from a resume you already have

Upload your existing resume and JobeFlow extracts roles, dates, education, skills and projects into a review screen. Uncheck anything you don't want. Nothing saves until you approve it, and it never overwrites a field you've already filled in.

Analysis & match

Know where you stand before you spend an evening applying

JobeFlow reads the posting into structured requirements — responsibilities, required and preferred skills, technologies, education, experience and leadership expectations — then matches your profile against them.

  • Cited evidence, not a vibe: each strong match names the requirement and quotes your own experience.
  • Honest gaps listed alongside, so you decide whether the role is worth the effort.
  • Company research brief generated for context, clearly labelled as model knowledge rather than a verified source.
Resume & cover letter

Tailored per job, with a paper trail

A resume isn't a file you overwrite. It's a series of decisions you might need to explain in three weeks.

Version lineage

v1, v2, v3 per job. Nothing is overwritten, and the version you actually submitted is marked with its date.

Structural diff

Compare any two versions: which bullets were added, removed or left alone, section by section.

Four PDF templates

Classic, Modern, Compact and Minimal — all single-column plain text, the format parsers read most reliably.

Cover letters too

Generated from the same analysis and profile, versioned the same way, kept on the same record.

ATS readiness

A score that gives the same answer twice

The keyword analysis is deterministic — no model call, no variation between runs. Ask it the same question tomorrow and you get the same number, so you can tell whether your edit actually helped.

  • Key-term matching with partial credit. A requirement like "deep hands-on experience with Azure" matches on its terms, not as one verbatim sentence.
  • Whole-term matching. "Java" no longer counts as found inside "JavaScript".
  • A resume checklist covering completeness rules (summary, skills, dates, bullets) and formatting guidelines (bullet length, action verbs, quantified results, parser-safe characters).
  • ATS detection from the posting URL across 14 platforms — Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, SmartRecruiters, Ashby, Jobvite, Workable, BambooHR, SuccessFactors, Recruitee, Teamtailor and Breezy.
  • "Shown, not just listed" — flags required skills that appear only in your skills list and never in a bullet or the summary.

Interview practice

Rehearse the interview for this job

Generic practice questions are easy to find. Questions generated from this job description, your profile and the resume version you actually submitted are not.

Questions from your real submission

HR, hiring manager, technical, behavioural and resume-specific questions — generated from the document the recruiter is holding, not a generic template.

Suggested answers, STAR-structured

Each answer is built from facts in your profile, broken into situation, task, action and result — and fully editable, because they're your words to deliver.

Adaptive mock interviews

The interviewer reads your last answer and asks the follow-up a real one would. Feedback at the end is per-answer and concrete, not a single score.

Speak, don't type

Voice mode: the interviewer asks out loud, you answer by push-to-talk, and the transcript appears so you can see exactly what was heard.

Coaching mid-session

Ask for a tip on the question in front of you and hear it in a different voice — deliberately out-of-character, and kept out of the graded transcript.

Re-drill what you fumbled

Retry any answered question as a one-question session. The feedback tells you which of the earlier gaps the new answer actually closed.

Eleven rounds, each judged by its own standard

A system design round and a salary negotiation are not the same conversation, so they don't share an interviewer persona, a success criterion or a feedback rubric.

Tracking & analytics

See where applications actually die

A board tells you where things are. Analytics tell you what to change.

  • Nine pipeline stages from Saved through Resume Created, Applied, Recruiter Contact, three interview rounds, Final and Offer.
  • Conversion between stages, so a 60% application-to-screen rate with a 10% screen-to-onsite rate tells you which one to fix.
  • Applications over time, to see whether volume or quality is the constraint.
  • Salary insights parsed from the figures you've recorded, aggregated across your search.
  • Skill-gap analysis that groups differently-worded versions of the same gap across every job you've analysed.
Discovery & follow-through

Find the next one, and don't drop the last one

Best matches, read properly

Searches the company boards you save, shortlists by title similarity, then has AI read the top postings against your real profile — fit verdict, the strengths it can actually cite, and the gaps. Treat it as triage, not a score.

Background discovery

An opt-in daily scan surfaces only genuinely new matches on your dashboard, deduplicated against what you've already seen.

Follow-ups that write themselves

Reminders suggested automatically when a job reaches an interview stage, with drafted emails — including thank-you notes built from the interview that actually happened.

Calendar sync

Interview events push to your connected Google Calendar as you create, edit or delete them. No separate step.

Email digest

A daily summary of due follow-ups, upcoming interviews and new matches — plus an instant note when a job moves to an interview stage. Three independent toggles.

Shareable workspace

Generate a revocable, expiring read-only link for a mentor or friend. Analysis, match, resumes and interview prep are included; notes, salary and recruiter contact stay private unless you opt in.
