The things people ask before paying
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your profile, resumes and interview transcripts are yours. They're sent to the model provider only to produce the output you asked for, and JobeFlow doesn't sell data or use your material to train anything.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your workspaces stay on the free plan. You keep the board, the history and every resume version you generated — you just go back to the free AI allowance. Want your data out, or gone entirely? Email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Can it apply to jobs for me?
No, and that's deliberate. Auto-apply tools spray applications and burn your name at companies you actually wanted. JobeFlow is built to make a smaller number of applications much stronger.
Does it scrape LinkedIn or Indeed?
No. Their terms prohibit automated access, so JobeFlow doesn't do it. Direct import works with Greenhouse and Lever public APIs, and the browser extension lets you clip any posting you're already looking at.
Will the AI make things up on my resume?
A guardrail in the code rejects any generated resume referencing an employer or job title that isn't in your Career Profile, and your skills list is rebuilt from what you actually have rather than copied out of the job posting. Do I need my own AI API key?
No. Paid plans include the AI usage. If you're self-hosting the open codebase you supply your own key, but that's a different path from the hosted product.
Is there a student or hardship rate?
Yes — email [email protected] from your student address, or just tell us you're between jobs and it's tight. Nobody should be priced out of the tool that helps them get hired.
